Profile : Dimensions Cloud, is a Saudi based company. Established in 2014, with a clear vision of providing private & public cloud services for corporate and government in the Saudi Market. At Dimensions Cloud, we realize the challenges business are facing with the main objective to balance CAPEX expenditure with OPEX. From an IT perspective, these issues rises mainly with the traditional on-premises IT and the futuristic move to the Privet & Public Cloud; which will reduce capital spending (operational cost, resources and the time to implement and maintain). Thus, we understood how Private & Public Cloud computing can empower our client organizations in new ways to be more responsive to market needs.
- RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Handle full spectrum of financial accounting role (e.g., AR, AP, GL, etc.).
- Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts operations.
- Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely and accurate closing of accounts.
- Ensure that all necessary documents are requested, collected, and well archived (physically & digitally).
- Detect and address potential compliance issues proactively.
- Proactively performs preventive quality controls and initiates corrective actions when necessary.
- Providing tax planning and optimization opportunities advice to the business units.
- Responsible for managing the tax submission and tax audit of all legal entities to corporate / regulated authorities.
- Prepare the required analysis and documents necessary for tax inspection purposes, review the tax authority’s inspection report to identify issues raised.
- Support the finance manager in ensuring that intercompany transactions are in line with management agreements, transfer pricing policy and IFRS.
- Cooperation with parent and mother company in AR/AP reconciliation and consolidated financial statements.
- Job Requirements :
- University degree in Accounting or Finance.
- A post graduate degree in a related field is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting.
- High standards of business ethics and professional conduct.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language.
- Very good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, (Professionality and solid experience of excel is a must).
- Very Good knowledge of projects accounting.
- Capacity to organize time and plan actions effectively to meet simultaneous deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Perseverance and results orientation.
- Precision and reliability; ability to work autonomously.
- Location : Nasr City.
