Profile : An international manufacturing and industrial consultancy group , INDEVCO produces a broad portfolio of corrugated, paper, and plastic raw materials and packaging, consumer and away-from-home disposables, renewable energy solutions, converting machinery, and CNC machined parts. We seek to best serve a wide array of industries in nearly 90 countries worldwide, including agriculture; away-from-home; beverage; building and construction; chemical and petrochemical; consumer packaging disposables; dairy and ice cream; food; household care; hygiene converting; healthcare; manufacturing; personal care; plastics converting; renewable energy; retail and wholesale; tissue converting; and transportation and warehousing.
- Duties :
- Prepare & issue the stock transactions for raw materials.
- Control local and export freight along with the accrual preparation entry at the end of each month.
- Perform Bank and BUs reconciliations to ensure recording of all entries, and close the reconciliation pending points with concerned parties.
- Review and control over bank charges and interest, highlight inconsistencies before submitting it to the Chief General Accountant. Follow up on accounts payable and ensure settlements in a timely manner.
- Conduct quarterly balance confirmation for customers& / Suppliers accounts in order to keep them updated.
- Prepare Cash Reconciliation on weekly basis in coordination with the cashier and the chief accountant.
- Record ORM & Other Raw Material Spare Parts, assets and fixed costs Journal Vouchers.
- Perform physical inventory count (spot audit) at least once or twice per quarter.
Analyze the discrepancies prior submitting to the Chief General Accountant. File related JV at the end of each month.
- Prepare paperwork and documentation to the internal and external auditors during their yearly visits under the supervision of the Chief General Accountant.
- Carry out such other duties as may be assigned to him from time to time by Supervisor or Department Manager.
- Job Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in Accounting.
- Living in 6th Of October or nearby.
- Good English.
- Proficiency of Microsoft Office.
- Age from 25 to 35 Max.
