Profile :- With More Than 10 Years Of Experience in Lighting and ELV . Remal Technology Solutions Is Offering End To End Solutions to The Market .
- Responsibilities :
• assemble, review, and verify invoices and check requests.
• track expenses and process expense reports.
• prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
• reconcile accounts payable transactions.
• prepare analysis of accounts.
• monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
• research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
• maintain vendor files.
• prepare the tax deducted from suppliers’ quarterly report and proceed timely in the payment.
• provide supporting documentation for audits.
• maintain accurate historical records.
in addition, the role requires responsibilities related to general ledger and reporting, such as:
• Accounting of General Ledger entries & ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Responsible for monthly and quarterly closing process and reconciliations.
• Prepare and/or Review account reconciliation for the assigned entities.
• Review general Ledger entries to ensure completeness and accuracy of financials.
• Preparation and submission of quarterly and ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
• Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries for accruals, variances,
reconciliations, and foreign exchange.
• Support Auditor in conducting.
• Assist in tax preparation and filing activities.
• Review financial reports to identify and explain variances.
• Follow documentation retention policy to maintain accounting files.
• Prepare cash flow statements and resolve outstanding balancing issues.
• Record fixed assets by creating and supervising a system of procedures, forms, and controls.
• Perform depreciation calculation for all fixed assets.
• Perform revision and update on the detailed schedule of accumulated depreciation and fixed assets.
- Job Requirements :-
• Bachelor degree in Finance or equivalent Accounting certificate
• Extensive Finance and Accounting experience (5-10 years) at International organizations
• Experience in working with, and leading a multi-cultural team (2-5 years)
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Excellent Communications skills (written/spoken) with team oriented approach
• Familiar with ERP Systems (2-5 years)
Location: Misr El Gededa , Cairo, Egypt.
