Profile :- ECD - ENGINEERING FOR CONSTRUCTION & DECORATION is a part of MH (MOHAMED EL HADAD) Group leading local engineering and construction contractor primarily focused on Financial Buildings, head offices,branches, retails, office buildings, infrastructure, industrial and high-end commercial projects in EGYPT for public and private clients. The Group also develops and invests in Holdings and Commercial activities.
Hiring Purchasing Specialist at ECD
- Job Responsibilities :
1- Bring price quotations for raw materials by request, according to the brand and specification.
2- Make a price comparison for the items, analyze the price, and determine the supplier for whom the supply order will be made according to the terms of the contract .
3- Make supply orders for suppliers after applying the previous requirements.
4- Follow up with other departments of the company following the documentary process.
5- Receive suppliers' checks and arrange with purchasing representatives to receive them.
6- Follow up on receiving invoices from suppliers and coordinating with the supplier's accountant in the Finance Department to deliver the invoices and additional permissions.
7- Follow up on price changes in the market and notify the direct manager in case of a possible price increase, so that the responsible authorities are notified before the price increase.
8- Make a list of current suppliers and potential suppliers, and bring a price list of materials approved for different projects.
9- coordinate with the Tender Department before approving the items included in the list of suppliers.
- Job Requirements :
1- Bachelor’s degree in commerce or a relevant major.
2- Construction background.
3- 2-4 years of experience .
4- Excellent use of MS Office/SAP user.
