- Job Purpose :
Plan, design and develop new methods and test new systems to achieve higher production rates and efficiency.
- Job Responsibilities :
- Create and update products, component cost, create estimated cost for new tenders, follow up and solve costing problems.
- Follow up factory layout situation and create proposals for new projects.
- Prepare and follow up technology improvement plan, technology training plan and cost saving plans.
- Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output
- Manage cost and time constraints on SAP and make cost saving studies to minimize the cost of products.
- Perform process simulations and risk assessments
- Provide process documentation and operating instructions
- Oversee implementation of new processes and procedures
- Examine existing processes and suggest improvements
- Investigate any problems that arise with processes, procedures, and operations
- Create monthly and weekly reports to increase accuracy and decrease errors and production issues.
- Analyze monthly production orders cost variance reports.
- Update the manufacturing database to make the updated costing of the product according to the market raw material prices.
- Share the layout information and calculate the production needs to achieve the targeted productivity in the new layout.
- Study the technology system input, output, bottleneck nodes and the ways to solve them to achieve high performance and efficiency.
- Assist CPD and CSD to produce product and Spare Parts Catalogues.
- Fulfill additional tasks as per job needs and as assigned by own supervisor.

- Good English.
- Qualifications :
- BSC in Mechanical Engineering is a must.
- 2- 3 years of experience.
