Hiring Purchasing Specialist at El Abd Patisserie

- Responsibilities :

1. Executing purchase orders:
Receiving purchase orders from the head of the department and classifying them according to their nature to unify the suppliers, and then fulfilling the approvals for the purchase orders.

2. Executing supply orders:
Issuing supply orders and completing the database for all waste with its various appropriations and following up until it is delivered to the requesting Part in order to ensure that the required service is provided on time and with the specified quality.

3. Database:
Participate in the preparation of databases, whether for suppliers or various previous purchase orders, with the aim of providing them upon request and benefiting from them in future purchase orders.

- Qualifications :

1. 1:3 years of experience in the field of procurement.
2. Preferably certified professional in purchasing.
3. Good at English.
