Hiring Accountant at National Investment Group - AR
- Job Description :
- Setup and maintain accounts receivable files and financial records.
- Handle the billing/invoicing related tasks.
- Process cash receipts/ invoices and handle credit balances (if exists).
- Contact clients to ensure timely payments of company invoices to ---enhance cash management process (follow up on payment of invoices).
- Reconcile and adjust company’s accounts; bank statements as -appropriate.
- Prepare invoices for data processing.
- Update accounts receivables Journal entries.
- Prepare accounting related analysis periodically.
- Prepare Periodical Sales report and payment to meet the commissions.
Attractive salary.
Working hours: 9 hrs. (10 am – 7 pm).
1 days off.
- Job Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in a commerce in accounting is must.
- Experience from 3 to 5 years in accounting.
- Experience in real estate field at least 3 years is a must.
- Excellent communication skills.
- V.Good in English.
- V.Good Knowledge of Microsoft & internet.
Location: Heliopolis.
