Hiring Architect at Contact Developments - (Architect / Technical Office Engineer)
Experienced 6:7 Years.
- Job Description :
- Quantity Surveying of Arch items.
- Making As-Built Drawings – Shop drawings & The Other Details of Arch Design.
- Attending Meetings with Consultants & Owners.
- Coordinate with Other Disciplines & Resolve Arising Conflicts Between.
Various Design Components.
- Preparing & Updating Projects BOQ & Revise Contractors invoices.
- Participate in Preparation of methods of Statements.
& Inspection Check Lists of Arch Items.
- Fully Communicating & Following Up with all involved in Construction Field.
(Suppliers – Contractors – Manufactures & Consultants).
- Respond to RFIS Site Queries & Other Technical Documents.
- Job Requirements :
- Excellent User to Microsoft Package – AutoCAD – Revit is a Must.
- Construction Background is a Must.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Candidates Must Be Resident in Cairo.
Working Conditions:
- From 10 am till 6 pm
- 2 Days Off (Friday & Saturday)
Location: 5th Settlement
