Front Office Administrator Job at L&V Elite

- Responsibilties :
1-Answer, screen, provide information, and route incoming calls to appropriate area .
2-Greet and assist the public and County employees, directing to appropriate location and/or information source.
3-Make referrals regarding security issues and general maintenance problems in the building
4-Maintain the general office filing system.
5-Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
6-Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis.

- Excellent grooming standards
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Good organizational skills
- 0- 5 years of experience in administration field
- Good Microsoft skills
- Fluency in English
- Location : Maadi.
