Profile : We provide our customers with all types of packaging printed with their own logo and designs such as cups,bags,napkins,boxes,wrapping paper,silver paper,stirrers and more.

Hiring an administrative assistant at Toya Trade

- Job Description :
- Answering calls taking messages and handling correspondence.
- Meeting and greeting clients.
- Arranging appointments organizing and servicing meetings by producing agendas and taking minutes.
- Typing and preparing reports emails memos and letters.
- Managing database client files and financial information.
- Logging and processing bills and expenses.
- Order and maintain office supplies.
- Follow up on payment process invoices and claims with clients.
- HR and finance functions by keeping personnel records up to date and updating payroll and salaries documents.
- Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity.

- Job Requirements

- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft office.
- Excellent computer literacy.
- 7 Prior experience in administration.
