- General administration experience. - Computer literacy. - Organizational skills - Multi-tasking abilities. - Good problem-solving and negotiation skills. - An understanding of procedures, standards and legal requirements. - Attention to detail.
- Job Requirements : - Maintaining and updating information and records such as site registers. - Following up the attendance for security guards on daily basis. - Responsible for hiring documents of the new staff & create finger print. - Dealing with queries, complaints and requests for the staff. - Assisting in the preparation of weekly and monthly reports. - Supporting site management with day-to-day site activities . - Work related to human resource management.
