Hiring Admin Assistant & Receptionist at EGYTURF

Responsibilities:
- Monitor & improve the reception area to grant appropriate environment and maintain professional company image.
- Greet visitors, answer inquiries and provide information to different stakeholders in order to present professional company image.
- Control & follow-up office supplements (stationary, cartridge, papers, Buffet needs…) to assure appropriate accessibility in timely manner.
- Assisting the HR BP in benefits administration follow-up to grant high level of employees’ satisfaction.
- Effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all the administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
- Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
- Coordinate repairs of office equipment & ensure completing preventive maintenance requirements.
- Supervise and monitor work performance, conduct and leave for office boys, drivers & runners’ staff.
- Scheduling interviews through phone, what’s app and email, and make sure to send the interview invitation
- Updates & maintains employees’ files.
- Report on Daily /weekly/monthly basis the Attendance Variables (Attendance Deductions & Overtime) for payroll calculation.
- Handle the courier (sending and receiving) for the whole organization.
- Having an inventory of sent and receive correspondence soft copy.

- Specifications :
- Education & Training Qualifications: Relevant Bachelor degree.
- Technical & Professional Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience.
‎- Excellent command of English language.
- Personality Attribute and Character Aspects:
‎- Presentable.
- Behavioral Competencies:
‎- Prioritization.
‎- Communication and Presentation skills.
‎- Client and Service Orientation skills..
- Technical Competencies : Microsoft applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
