- Job Description :-
Greet visitors and point them in the right direction, answer inquiries, and create a welcoming environment. - Act as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients. - Develop and maintain a filing system. - Manage communication including emails and phone calls. - Screen phone calls, redirect calls, and take messages. - Type, prepare and collate reports. - Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms. - Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying. - File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners. - Document expenses and hand in reports. - Maintain & check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders. - Receive invoices and review for accuracy. - Manage the office helpers to maintain the cleanliness of the office.
- Job Requirements :
-At least 2 years of proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant. - Females Only. - Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures. - Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. - Hands on experience with office machines (e.g., fax machines and printers). - Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work. - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
