Profile :Chemitex was founded in 1988 by Sameh Habib as a sole proprietorship. In 2013 the company transitioned to a shareholding company with all shareholders being family members.

Hiring Admin Secretary at Chemitex Egypt

- Duties & Responsibilities :

- Do all filing systems, scan all required documents
- Maintains office services by organizing office opperations, preparing finger print for employees.
- Responsible for correspondence issued by the company either through the shipping company or mail
- Organize & scedule appointments for meetings, writing formal letters & reports.
- Ensure the updating & follow up of renewal of contracts for maintenance
- Implementing the tender form for tenders through mail or within a work mission.

- Job Requirements :-

- Females only.
- Fluency in verbal & written english & arabic.
- Proven administrative exp. ( +3 years).
- Attention to detail & problem solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong organizational & planning skills.
- Location: smouha.
- Work condition: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
- Day off : friday.
