Hiring Accountant at Block solutions Oy
- Responsibilities :
- Reporting to CFO on a daily basis.
- Manage all accounting transactions.
- Prepare budget forecasts.
- Publish financial statements in time.
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Treasury tasks.
- Ensure timely bank payments.
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
- Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.
- Audit financial transactions and documents.
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
- Comply with financial policies and regulations.
- Following the client account.
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports on the sale process.
- Ensure that the company's sales policy is applied in terms of discount rates.
- Account matching with customers.
- Forecast collection process.
- Follow up the sales and return accounts.
- Follow up customer invoices and returns.
- Follow up inventory accounts.
- Follow the movement of items.
- Make sure that the customer receives the goods by signing it.
- Monthly reports on movements of stock items.
- Qualification :
- BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree.
- Experience needed 3 - 4 years.
- Excellent knowledge of office suit (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet).
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
- About the role :
- Hands-on experience with accounting software / ERP system.
- Experience with general ledger functions.
