- Responsibilities :-
-Coordinates the work of the front desk and other duties as assigned
-Provides advice and guidance to staff regarding secretarial, clerical, and office administrative matters.
-Coordinates the orderly flow of work documents, trainees within the office.
-Receives, investigates, and resolves inquiries, requests, and complaints to the office.
-Answers telephone calls, provides assistance and information to callers, which requires an understanding of office programs, services, and procedures.
-Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
-File and maintain records.
-Job Requirements :-
Education: Bachelor's degree.
Experience: one year experience preferred experience in training center.
Computer Skills: Excellent computer proficiency.
Language: Excellent written and verbal Arabic and English.
Location: new karmous,Alexandria.
