Profile : ERC was established in 1911 as non-governmental organization performing its activities within the principles of the International Movement of Red Cross and Red Crescent.

- Job Description :

- Support CEO with all related admin work.
- Assist in setting appointments and organizing CEO Agenda.
- Prepare English and Arabic letters, correspondence and reports as well excel sheets.
- Prepare power point slides and small reports.
- Perform a wide variety of executive secretarial and administrative duties as required by daily.
- Direct preparation of records such as agenda, minutes, and resolutions for meetings.
- Recording and handling all correspondences of the CEO’s office and making a record for each topic separately for easy reference in the future.
- Maintaining an effective filing system to facilitate handling and management files, whether in paper or electronic.
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, events, and conferences.
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management.
- Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing communications.
- Actively work towards the achievement of the ERC goals.
- Perform any other work-related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the line manager.

- Job Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
- Experience from 4 to 6 years in the same role.
- Males are preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…).
- Fluent in English is a must.
- Work location : Nasr city, Cairo.
