Job Description

SEWS-Eg Sumitomo Egypt 10th of Ramadan, Sharkia, Egypt

- Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed, supply requisitions are reviewed and approved, and that clerical functions are properly assigned and monitored

- Taking inventory of office supplies and order more if needed

- Helping establish and maintain office procedures

- Dealing with staff recruitment

- Greeting visitors and Provide support to visitors • Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary

- Manage executives' schedules, calendars, and appointments • Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching our office staff and delegating assignments to ensure

- Maximum productivity.

- Ensure that results are measured against standards, while making necessary changes along the way

- Assisting senior management team when needed

- Organize and Attend meetings with Directors

- Job Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in relevant educational background and MBA will preferable.

- Min 2 : 5 years Experienced or background in similar position.

- Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

- Excellent written and verbal communication.

- Ability to learn on the job and adapt to changes.

- Some experience with scheduling.

- Ability to learn on the job and adapt to changes • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.

- New Cairo residency is preferable.
