Profile :- the first surgeries marketplace in the MENA region, the first to offer installment solutions for all patients.You can compare between more than 1500 surgeons and doctors, +75 hospitals and medical centers, +3000 surgeries and procedures in different 37 medical specializations.

Hiring Admin at BokDoc

- Responsibilities :

- Serve as the lead point for vendors and client's account management matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop new business with new vendors by cold calls to co-operate and sign new contracts.
- Prepare reports on account status.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Create/Update vendor profile, data, and contract.

- Requirements and skills :

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field.
- 1:3 Years’ experience as Admin Role, account manager, project manager, or relevant role
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Very Good English level.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent active listening skills.
