- Previous experience in managing a CRM system on Bitrix24 platform. - Handling shared folders network drives through users map. - Assigning users according to security rules. - Managing deferent Access points and other resources. - Excellent with Windows OS , ( Linux OS is preferred ). - Handling the exchange server and active directory. - Support hardware issues. - Being the connection between the company and other vendors in case of new purchases. - Coordinating with vendors for any issues relating to equipment hardware. - Remotely access user machines for technical assistance.
- Job Requirements :
- Degree in computer science or a related field is preferable. - CCNA, MCSA Certified or self-study - Enough experience with firewall systems (Fort iGATE, Sophos) - Enough experience with Routers and switches (D-Link, cisco) - Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills. - Good communication ability, both written and verbal. - Proficient in several programming languages. - Familiar with a range of software and hardware. - Ability to learn new technologies and apply it on work environment. - Experience Needed: 2 To 5 Years. - Gender: Male.
