Job Description

Profile : Multi Commerce is a subsidiary of the Multi Group of companies, which was established in 1992 by its founder, Dr. Mahmoud Shafie.
Multi Commerce started to enter the field of importing and exporting food products until it arrived in the early nineties as a leading company in this field, especially the agricultural investment sector, by dealing with a large network worldwide of exporters and importers. The company's sources vary to include all of South America, North America, Europe ,Africa and Asia.

Hiring Procurement Specialist at Multi Commerce

- Job Description :

- Purchase goods or services that meet the quantity and quality expectations of the organization.
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors.
- Track inventory and restock goods when needed
- Stay up to date on industry trends and new products
- Compare available goods with industry trends to determine appropriate pricing.
- Assist in raising quotations, quotation analysis, preparing the tender and procurement documents.
- Participate in opening of tenders, quotations and evaluation.
- Implementation of approved procurement plans.
- Draft framework agreements for suppliers.
- Updating procurement status report.
- Issuing and receiving of stock.
- Preparation and maintenance of stores records.
- Stock taking, inventory and reconciliation.

- Job Requirements :

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or marketing with preferably a post-graduate degree.
- Procurement analysis.
- Excellent command of English language.
- Supply chain management.
- Report writing.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Good coordination, problem solving and networking skills.
