Hiring an administrative assistant at 2B Company

- Job Description :
- Answer and direct phone call
- Maintain contact list
- Resolve administrative problems
- Order office supplies
- Provide general support to visitors
- Produce and distribute correspondence , letter ,faxes, and forms
- Carry out administrative duties such as ( copy-typing-filing-scanning).
- Follow with each department at tenders’ technical and financial offers.
- Can use ERP system
- Coordinate repairs to office equipment

- Friday and Saturday Off.
- Social and Medical Insurance
- Working Hours from 9AM : 5PM

- Job Requirements :

- (2-3) years of experience in same field.
- Very Good English Level.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Office level.

- Location: Elnozha,Cairo.
