- Job Description :
- Handling incoming phone Calls.
- Responding clients’ requirements.
- Welcoming the visitors and customer to reflect good vision for the company.
- Responsible for office management (scanning , faxing , emailing , photocopying & recording minutes of meeting ).
- Make sure that company policies and rules are implemented.
- Handle and organize booking process for (tickets, Hotels, training rooms & meeting rooms).
- Help the employees in the required procedures of issuing travel visa.
- Support in some HR tasks (Attendance, Hiring Documentation....etc).

- Job Requirements :
- Experience : 1-3 years.
- Bachelor Degree.
- Good English and Arabic language ; business written and spoken.
- Excellent command in using Microsoft office (outlook- word-excel-power point).
- Advanced administrative skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Location: Nasr City.
