Employment Now Admin at INTEGRA

- Responsibilities :

- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and any other required documents by or on behalf of Line Manager.
- Design and maintain customer and partner’s database.
- Build a filing system for all the signed documents by board with a clear serial number for the documents and reference materials.
- Conduct research, collect and analyse data to prepare reports and documents.
- Manage and maintain Line manager schedules, and appointments.
- Arrange and coordinate Line Manager meetings and executive events.
- Record, transcribe and distribute incoming communications to and from Line Manager.
- Receive and interact with incoming visitors for the Line Manager.
- Coordinate project-based work.

- Job Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in any discipline.
- High typing speed (Arabic & English).
- Very Good usage of Excel, WinWord and Power Point, and database software.
- Good Command of English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar position.
