Industry, Contracting, and Trading in Egypt and Middle East.
Spatium seeks to make the process of designing and building your space for clients, offering them such great service that all of their fears associated with the process will disappear. Through this, Spatium hopes to make design, and the financial, emotional, and psychological value that comes with it, happen for as many people as possible. Ideally, the ideas and process of how customers are treated at Spatium.
*Collection Accountant
-Responsibilities :-
- Maintain up-to-date billing system.
- Generate and send out invoices.
- Follow up on the collection and allocation of payments.
- Carry out billing, collection, and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.
- Perform account reconciliations.
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments delayed payments and other irregularities.
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Review AR aging to ensure compliance.
- Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records.
- Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash, etc.
- Investigate and resolve customer queries.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, mail, or personally.

-0 - 2 Years of Experience.
-Real Estate Background.
