Hiring AR Accountant at Alarabia Group
- Responsibilities:
- Locate and notify customers of amount due by personal, telephone, or email visits to handle the cash payment process as per the agreed credit plan.
- Receive payments and post amounts paid to customer’s accounts for an accurate customer statements.
- Arrange for debt repayment or establish repayment schedules, based on customers' financial situations in coordination with the direct manager.
- Conducts credit investigations of existing and new customers and report investigation results to direct manager to take the corrective actions.
- Handle customer’s questions, inquiries and problems regarding their accounts to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
- Advise customers of necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment process.
- Negotiate credit extensions with the direct manager when necessary.
- Job Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in accounting.
- 2-4 years of experience in accounting.
- Retail & Commercial Background is preferred.
- Experience in ERP System is preferred.
- Good Command of MS Office Apps.
- Able to travel to many governments.
