ECOTEL Holdings Jobs For Warehouse Specialist
- Main duties :
1- Plan layout of warehouse/storage considering the size, characteristics and expected delivery/dispatch sequence, plan and manage all handling equipment, storage media etc. warehouse facilities.
2- Establish local material database, maintain warehousing and local material management workflow, comply to contract requirement, material spec, and local rules.
3- Maintain material management workflow according to project requirement, coordinate with transportation and/or installation parties and make orderly and efficiently management of inventory.
4- Follow up material inventory and provide accurate recording and retention of inventory and item movement, daily update status. periodically analysis material usage and oversee inventory control and advice according to installation.
5- Cooperate with PAN Shipping Agency and Client Logistics along material delivery.
6- Understood on site installation workflow and product structuralized characteristics, optimise material management to facilitate installation progress.
7- Advise in secondary logistics (by truck) planning and execution, coordinate with local subcontractor.
8- Planning material delivery in line with PAN offshore material management team.
9- Operate Asset Management System according to Client required.
10- Assign duties and maintain storage space for accuracy , neatness, and compliance to procedures.
- Job Requirements :
- Years of Experience : Min. 5 years.
- Gender : Male.
-Education degree: Bsc. Degree in Accounting or any relevant field.
-Fluent in English.
- Job Location : October.
