- Some Main responsibilities :

- Welcoming and Serving guests for the Managing Director.

- Assisting Managing Director in admin related work.

- Typing Contracts.

- Answering phone inquiries.

- Organizing emails to managing director.

- Prepare for Meetings and scheduling appointments.

- Responsible for managing director office.

- Revising the office Hygiene on daily basis.

- Revising the office supplies on weekly and monthly basis.

- Job Requirements :

Skills needed: (please read carefully to make sure that your CV will be considered).

- Fresh graduates and gap year students are most welcome to apply.

- Preferably One year experience in same role.

- Preferably experience in Real Estate industry.

- Excellent reception skills.

- Excellent Conversation skills.

- Good English-speaking and very good English-writing.

- Good in Microsoft Office Word with good typing speed.

- Good internet and email user.

- Good Communication skills.
