Profile :- Capital Link is a pioneering Egypt-based real estate investment company that develops new commercial and mixed-use projects in the local Egyptian market.
- Job Description :-
- Handling full spectrum of financial and accounting role.
- Analyzing revenues and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on regular basis.
- Reviewing invoices, labors and payable cost schedule.
- Reviewing the vendors' payment cheques.
- Handling matters related to tax authorities.
- Ensuring timely consolidation of balance sheets, profit and loss, etc.
- Preparing monthly Assets & Liabilities reconciliation.
- Developing accounting procedures.
- Managing the accounting team.
- Job Requirements :-
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting.
- Experience needed: 10+ years in Accounting.
- Experience in construction field is a MUST.
- Experience with contractors.
- Previous experience as chief accountant.
- Professionally Advanced level in Excel.
- Good knowledge of Accounting systems.
- Excellent in Financial Analysis.
- Communication and Leadership skills.
