Hiring Chief Accountant at Elattal Holding
- Job Description :
1) Must have oversight of monthly close, reviewing journal entries, reconciliation, and variance explanation.
2) Ensuring all accounting transactions are performed correctly on time.
3) Confirm transactions are made accurately and entered into the accounting system.
4) Ensure suppliers invoice and reconciled and payments made.
5) Reconcile financial transactions every month.
6) Validate and reconcile inventory and fixed asset accounts
7) Prepare the monthly cash requirement.
8) Liaise with the department head to collect data for preparing budget and forecast.
9) Ensure collect data is loaded in analytical software.
10) Compare actual with a budget and determine the reason for the variances monthly.
11) Prepare year-end financial statement.
12) Ensure weekly bank reports generated by the IT department are properly reconciled with the bank statement.
13) Prepare a report for the finance management team.
14) Check cost center expenses and compare them against budget Count petty cash weekly.
- Job Requirements :
- Real Estate Development and Constructions background is Preferred.
- Must possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in general or tax accounting .
- 6+ years Experience.
- A bachelor's degree in accounting is required / Masters preferred.
