Hiring Receivable Accountant at Elattal Holding
- Job Description :
1) Record and review contracts to make sure that the down payment is collected and the installment checks are deposited, calculate commission percentage and meter price and calculate the amount paid till delivery.
2) Prepare weekly incentives to amount to be paid and to be delayed with the mentioned reasons.
3) Prepare Installment, Maintenance and parking Report matched with collection and QB .
4) Record daily Notes Receivable transactions entries on QB .
5) Record daily PDC Checks transaction entries on QB .
6) Record daily Sales center safe transaction entries on QB.
7) Participate in monthly closing and adjusting entries on QB.
8) Support cash room when it calls.
- Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years Experience.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Real Estate Background.
