- Job Description :

The Admissions office assistant provides secretarial support to the Admissions/Registrar’s office.

She/he performs all clerical duties as requested and completes a variety of tasks related to the management of the office.

She/he assists with the CAC application process, including data entry, and with the withdrawal process, including the preparation of withdrawal packages.

The admissions office assistant is responsible for the organization and filing of academic records for former students as well as demographic information for current students.

She/he creates and maintains various databases, prepares reports and statistical data, and is responsible for keeping demographic data on current students up to date.

She/he also assists with email responses to inquiries from applicants regarding admission or record requests.
