- Job description :
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
- handling and reviewing all accounts (issue invoices , customers, suppliers, sales and returns, purchases and returns, debtors, creditors, deductions, stock, cash, banks, cheques, debits, general and administrative expenses, fixed assets, income provided and due - debit balances, creditors, etc. )
- Revise the purchase orders submitted by the sales team.
- Revise the inventory with the sales team and the warehousing.
- Monitor and report on inventory, and detect deficits and increases.
- Handle payroll records, sales team commissions etc. as assigned.
- Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
- Submission of periodic reports in accordance with work requirements.
- Assist with other accounting projects.
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
- Ensure timely bank payments.
- Job Requirements :
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
- working knowledge of accounting programs.
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
- Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables.
- Experience with general ledger functions.
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
- BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree.
- 5-7 years of Work experience as an Accountant.
- Location: Nasr city.
- Working hours: 10:00 to 6:00 pm.
- Working days: 6 days Fridays off.
