- Responsibilities :-
1- Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
2- Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results.
3- Analyze financial information and summarize financial status.
4- Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending.
5- Provide technical support and advice on Management Accountant.
6- Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.
7- Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers.
8- Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process.
9- Provide input into department’s goal setting process.
10- Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule.
11- Assist with tax audits and tax returns.
12- Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
13- Plan, assign and review staff’s work.
14- Support month-end and year-end close process.
15- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
16- Ensure compliance with GAAP principles.
17- Liaise with our Financial Manager and Accounting Manager to improve financial procedures.
