Profile : Captex Synthetic Turf is based in Cairo and produces premium synthetic turf tested and certified from multiple sports governing federations.

- Job Description :

- Creating Sales orders.

- Issuing sales transaction invoices.

- Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.

- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.

- Compiling monthly sales reports.

- Expediting orders through internal liaison.

- Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.

- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.

- Provide Clerical and Administrative duties to Enterprise Division team.

- Updates & monitors CRM activities on timely manner.

- Job Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree is a must.

- Previous experience in sales administration.

- V. Good Communication skills.

- V. Good English skills (Writing and Speaking).

- V. Good computer skills (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).

- Analytical skills.

- Basic SEO knowledge.
