Hiring Administrator at  Rashideen Egypt

- Job Responsibilities :

- Handle employee issues with benefits insurance providers.

- Provide answers and help to employees with questions.

- Follow-up on the pending medical claims and refunds.

- Track doctors visits in all branches.

- Maintain and update employee records and benefits files.

- Help employees to understand their medical insurance benefits.

- Deal with the medical provider and hospitals.

- Utilize basic office equipment to communicate effectively.

- Ensure all employees are informed of current packages of (Mobile line and Medical Insurance).

- Job Requirements :

- Bachelor's Degree Preferred.

- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft suite and systems.

- Strong interpersonal skills.

- At least 1 year of relevant experience.

- Preferred Males.

- Working Hours (08:00 AM-04:00 PM).

- Location : Maadi.

- Two days off (Friday& Saturday).

- Transportation is provided from the nearest pickup point.

- Social and Medical Insurance.
