Profile : Since 2015 YES-PAC has been the brand name of our packaging arm which includes two manufacturing companies with various facilities; International Engineering Union for Polymer Industries (IEUPI) and International Polymer Industries (IPI). These companies have been in the manufacturing field since 1999 with a strong local and regional market share.
Hiring Senior General Accountant at YES PAC Plastic Packaging
- Job Description :
1. Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
2. Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
Maintaining historical records.
3. Paying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing payments.
4. Paying vendors by scheduling payments and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit.
5. Generally responding to all vendors' inquiries regarding financial issues.
6. Preparing analysis of accounts and producing monthly reports.
7. Continuing to improve the payment process post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records.
8. Assist with month end closing provide supporting documentation for audits.
- Job Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in Commerce or similar.
- 3 : 5 years of experience in accounting.
- Skills and Abilities :
- Good experience as an ERP System user (is a must).
- Excellent command of Microsoft office.
- Good understanding of accounting and reporting standards.
- Good Command of English written and spoken.
- Clear ability to handle multiple priorities.
- October residence as preferred.
