Capital Contracting EG Jobs For Finance Manager ,CAPITAL is an Electro-Mechanical contracting company established in 2010 ,Our main target is producing an adequate product based on the engineering principles and we able to reflect these principles by using codes and international standards . The company management specialized in the Electro-Mechanical contracting (Supply, installation, testing and commissioning MEP work) for the new and existing building, infra structural etc.
- Responsibilities :
- Manage and motivate a diverse finance and accounting team.
- Run the day to day operations and Ensure smooth running of finance system.
- Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual budgets/results.
- Evaluate and decide on investments.
- CSFs, KPIs setting and tracking.
- Allocate resources and manage cash flows.
- Ensuring effective and efficient internal control processes are in place.
- Ensure all accounting activities comply with financial regulations.
- Recommend cost-optimization solutions.
- Portfolio performance monitoring.
-Job Requirements :-
- At least 5 years’ experience as a Head of Finance or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with budgeting and risk management.
- Solid analytical and decision-making skills.
- A strong leader, able to drive changes in systems and behaviors by setting excellent standards and high expectations.
- A team player, who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field.
- Experience in ERP and Fluent in English are a must.
- MSc/MBA or relevant certification (e.g. CMA/CFA) is a plus.
- Constructions background is a must.

You have the capability to see behind the numbers and taking initiatives where you bring and anchor proposals for improvements forward into the organization. Therefore we believe that you have the capability to drive and implement change and new ways of working in a great way. You are further structured in your way of working with good planning skills and ensuring high quality in your performance.
