- Job description :
- Prepare shop drawings & technical submittals.
- Perform detailed calculation standards or specifications for (HVAC – FF – Plumbing).
- Prepare technical proposals by reviewing tender documents/drawings.
- Develop flow calculations and shop drawings for projects according to the project design documents and technical proposal
- Full knowledge of HVAC design, load calculation, equipment selection, shop drawings
- Full knowledge of firefighting design and equipment selection and shop drawing for firefighting system
- Technical offers preparation.
- Ability to review vendors and select proper material suitable for the project.
- Pre-solve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems at the site that may arise anytime.
- Project management activities (project planning, monitoring, budgeting, handover...etc.)
- Issue reports regarding the project for top management.
- Job Requirements :
- Design HVAC & Fire Fighting System Technical Office Engineer, HVAC systems, a field of contracting, shop drawings & Designing, technical and financial offer, quantity surveying.
- Faculty of Engineering, Mechanical power.
- Auto cad.
- HVAC systems Knowledge.
- Experience: 3-5 years.
- Job Location: Nasr City – Rabaa.
