BuildIn Contracting Jobs for Site Engineer,Profile : Buildin Contracting is an Egyptian-based Construction and Architecture company founded in 1999 that started working under the name of ( Elmasreya for Contracting & Decor ) delivers turnkey projects For a diverse clients. With the beginning of 2016 was the restructuring of the company under the name Buildin contracting. Since 2016, Buildin is an integrated, multi-Discipline Civil Engineering and Architectural services provider.
- Job Description :
1.He will be responsible for the execution of the project.
2.Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
3.Managing, monitoring and interpreting the site progress.
4.Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors and the general workforce involved in the project.
5.Communicating with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.
6.Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force .
7.Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
8.Providing technical advice and solving problems on-site.
9.Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork.
10. Liaising with the technical office about the ordering and negotiating the price of materials.
11. Liaising with procurement about the ordering and negotiating the price of materials and subcontractors.
12. Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to the standards.
- Job Requirements :
1. Bcs. Degree Civil or architecture Engineering.
2. +3 years of experience.
3. High communication & interpersonal skills.
4. Must possess strong site management skills.
5. Experience in using (Autocad,Sap2000,Autocad structural drawing).
6. Experience in using Photoshop is preferred.
7. Basic English language.
8. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office.
