- Job Description :
-Monitor accounts receivable and identify overdue accounts.
-Contact customers with overdue accounts and attempt to either collect the overdue amount.
or negotiate a payment plan to collect it in installments
-Contact clients and discuss their overdue payments.
-Maintain records of contacts and attempted contacts with delinquent account customers as well as records of any payments collected from the customer.
-Resolve customer issues and complaints concerning billing.
-Submit regular reports on the status of unpaid accounts and any repayment progress.
-Providing customer service regarding collection issues.
process, and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies and short payments.
-Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts- Customer calls, account adjustments, customer reconciliations and processing credit memos.
-Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts.
-Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Accounts Receivable Department.
-Must communicate & follow up effectively in coordination with sales department regarding customer accounts on a timely basis.
-Investigate historical data for debts and bills, Update account status records.
- Job Requirements :
-BSC of Commerce / Management.
- Fresh grads are welcome "at least 1 year experience in Customer service English account".
