Job Description
Profile : Tawassol is one of Egypt’s leading companies in providing Retail & Franchise services for startups and multinationals in various industries.
Since 2016, Tawassol started the operations with Vodafone to a partnership level in retail, taking the responsibility of supporting Vodafone to expand the retail footprint in the Egyptian market.
Today, Tawassol has grown to become one of the main managing partners of Vodafone retail stores, managing more than 40 express stores across Egypt.
- Responsibilities :
- Supervising daily operations of network and server infrastructure.
- Evaluating risk, developing network recovery and backup processes.
- Assessing and purchasing new and replacement hardware.
- Testing, troubleshooting and adjusting information systems to operate effectively.
- Implementing security of the network, data and its storage and communication systems.
- Aligning IT infrastructure with current and future business requirements and goals.
- Requirements & Benefits :
- Must have an experience in the CALL CENTER industry.
- 5 working days & 2 days off.
- Work location : Maadi , Cairo.
