- Key Responsibilities :
1- Responsible for preparing communications, such as emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence.
2- Previous experience in purchasing is needed.
3- Knowing how to deal with government agencies.
4- How to cope with contracts & renew rent contracts.
5- Having suppliers database & maintaining contact lists.
6- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
7- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

- Proven admin or assistant experience , must have a previous experience in any Corporate field.
- Should be presentable.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- English level: Starting from (Good).
- 5 Working days & 2 fixed days off (Friday & Saturday).
- 9 Fixed hours including 1 hour break.
