- Responsibilities :
- Record day to day financial transactions on the ERP system.
- Ensure that all reconciliations prepared by all sections have been performed correctly.
- Support in the internal and external audit inquiries and requirements.
- Calculate and record month-end accruals and prepayments.
- Assist in implementing a new automated accounting system.
- Complete monthly close entries and adjustments.
- Publish financial statements in time.
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
- Audit financial transactions and documents.
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
- Comply with financial policies and regulations.
- Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or similar.
- From 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting.
- Familiar with #ERP system (Odoo Software).
- Skills :
- Excellent command of Microsoft office.
- Good understanding of accounting and reporting standards.
- Good Command of English written and spoken.
- Computer skills .
