- Objective :
Responsible for documenting shipments, overseeing inventory audits and maintaining reports of purchases and pricing.
- Responsibilities :
1. Recording the movement of the incoming and outgoing stock and the shipments of the finished product to the sales centers, based on the cashing and addition vouchers.
2. Recording the incoming movement of raw materials from suppliers, the spent cash and refunds to and from production, based on stock cashing and addition permits.
3. Make a weekly validation of stock movement between sales centers and factories, identify the causes of differences, if any, and work to solve them.
4. Ensure that inventory transactions are accurate on SAP, and are in accordance with the permits.
5. Ensure that the documented balance matches that on SAP.
6. Sending a weekly report on warehouse balances in factories and branches.
7. Arranging, coordinating and reviewing the monthly inventory in coordination with costing manager and the relevant departments.
- Job Requirements :
- Bachelor of Business Administration or Equivalent.
- Experience 3 - 5 years, FMCGs Background are preferable.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Preferably an SAP user.
