- Responsibilities :
1. Handing all distributors financial matters including the following:-
3. Maintain invoicing process and issuing daily approvals for distributors invoices based on their credit limits.
4. Resolving invoices issues with distributors with warehouses.
5. Monthly reconciliation of distributors accounts and confirmation of their balances.
6. Monitor monthly achievement for distributors VS targets and calculates their monthly rebates based on their achievement and post it to their statements.
7. Calculate the cost of monthly offers to distributors & update distributors statement accordingly.
8. Follow up on distributors collections and informing the management promptly with any deviation.
9. Follow up on the expert date of distributors guarantee checks and making sure it's renewed on time.
10. Making sure that required approvals are maintained for free goods, bounces and price lists updates.
- Job Requirements :
- 3 consecutive years in a similar position.
- Bachelor degree in accounting or equivalent
- SAP B1 - Sales buzz User
- FMCG work experience is a must.
Location: Head office, El-Sheikh Zayed.
