Job Description

Profile : Advansys ESC is an Engineering Services and Consultancy firm, currently serving clients in North America, Europe, Far East and Middle East.


- Job Requirements :


- From 2 to 4 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Admin Assistant.


- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.


- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).


- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.


- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.


- Bachelor’s degree, additional qualification as an administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
