Job Description

WEmng is hiring shift manger for one of the leading Chemical Companies

Objectives of this Role :

Supervising and Coordinating the activities of the workers they're overseeing , Manage Purchasing ,Budgeting , accounting and Personnel work

Qualifications :

- A degree in business management

- 10 years of experience

- Experience working preferably in Managerial position

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Natural leadership abilities

- Ability to multitask

Responsibilities :

- Assign tasks to staff

- Supervise staff throughout shift

- Ensure that enough staff members are present for the shift

- Resolve conflict between staff members

- Receive feedback from customers and resolve any complaints
