Job Description

Job Duties :
1. Control and review receipt and disbursements of goods on ERP in terms of quantity and type of product and price
2. Control and review Pricing of raw materials according to PO in relation with invoice and additions of other expenses like transportation costs according to weighted average
3. Physical count of inventory Vs books balance on weekly basis (once per week) and identifying shortage or surplus and related reasons
4. Monthly reporting on ending inventory of finished goods and verifying balance of finished goods per books vs actual physical count
5. Monthly production cost, COGS and ending inventory calculation.
6. Cost analysis includes margin analyses, fixed and variable cost analysis, goods received without invoice analysis.
7. Analysis of provisions and stagnant products (none moving products) according to product dates
8. Verifying and controlling safety stocks for all products.
9. Conduct analysis on fixed assets as per request of management.
10. Prepare and follow the capex monthly report.
- Job requirements :
- BSc. Degree in Accounting.
- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing company.
- English langue: good speaking, reading & writhing.
- CMA (at least passed part I) is preferable.
- Analytical and reporting skills.
- ERP experience (AX/SAP).
- Very good level in computer MS.
