Job Role
- Implement comprehensive document control system on project site.Establish document control procedure for the projects.Responsible for all incoming and outgoing documents.Establish centralized and efficient filling system.Updating logs in daily basis and preparing reports to project Directors.Distribution according to the distribution matrix and ensure controlled copies of latest approved documents are given to the appropriate section.Maintain proper archive system separately for all company.
- Ensure all incoming documents are as per company’s’ procedures.Follow up for priority items with relevant managers, engineers, consultant and contractors.In charge of receiving, preparing, distributing, uploading all documents to the corporate document management system.
- Job Requirements :
- Proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role5 - 7 years with large construction or consultancy firms.Familiarity with project managementBasic knowledge of labor and corporate lawHands-on experience with MS Office and MS ExcelProficient typing and editing skillsData organization skills Attention to detailBSc degree in Project Management or relevant field.
